Dear Brothers and Sisters,
This is a short note to let you know that the IEA Board of Directors has ratified both the Associate and Professional Staff contracts as of today. The next steps are to finalize the agreement so that I can sign them on IEASO’s behalf.
The terms of the CBA’s are retroactive to September 1. The Vice Presidents and I were advised in our most recent Labor-Management meeting that the retroactive pay will be in a single check issued on the regular November 12 payroll date.
