About the scholarship:
This scholarship is to serve as a vehicle to provide educational assistance, in furtherance of the Labor Movement for deserving students related to members of the Illinois Education Association Staff Organization.
Who can apply:
Anyone who has a relation to a current or retired IEASO member in good standing and will be, or is, attending an institution of higher education the following year.
Selection criteria:
- Relation to a current or retired IEASO member in good standing
- GPA/Academic achievement
- Economic need
- Community involvement
- Labor involvement
- Labor essay
- Student program
- High School transcripts and most current college transcripts (if applicable)
